30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date, including for a change of mind. This applies to D365ext subscriptions purchased through Paddle. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

How to request a refund

Visit paddle.net to contact Paddle with the email address or receipt used for the purchase. You can also contact support@d365ext.com and we will help direct your request. Canceling a subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing link on your D365ext account page. Cancellation prevents future renewals; it is separate from a refund request. For payment and cancellation mechanics, see Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
