1. Who you contract with

D365ext is operated by Totoescu Dan-Paul, based in Romania (trading as “D365ext”). Your contract for access to and use of the D365ext software is with this seller. For questions, contact support@d365ext.com. Paddle acts separately as the reseller for purchases, as described below.

By creating an account, installing or continuing to use D365ext, you agree to these terms. If you use D365ext for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these terms.

2. Service and license

D365ext provides a browser extension and account portal to assist with entering information into your authorized Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. Subject to these terms and your selected plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You remain responsible for having permission to access your Microsoft environment and for the information you choose to transfer. You retain your rights to your own content; you permit us to process account and license information as needed to provide the service.

We own the D365ext software, documentation, branding and related intellectual property. You may not resell the service, reverse-engineer it where prohibited by law, or bypass plan or technical limits.

3. Trial and purchases

New accounts receive a 7-day trial starting when the account is created, with no payment card required. The trial ends seven days after creation; access requiring a valid license may stop unless you subscribe. Paid plans are offered at €10 per seat per month or €99 per seat per year, as shown at checkout. Applicable taxes and final amounts are shown by Paddle before purchase. Subscriptions renew at the selected interval until canceled.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

For payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics, see Paddle’s Buyer Terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription from the billing link on your account page. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Our Refund Policy explains how to request a refund.

4. Account and acceptable use

Keep your account information accurate and your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use D365ext unlawfully, for fraud or spam, or to infringe anyone’s privacy or intellectual property rights. Do not introduce malware, interfere with security, probe systems without permission, scrape the service, or abuse Microsoft API limits. Do not share a single-user license between users.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. You may stop using the service at any time and cancel a paid subscription through billing. On termination, access to your account and license may cease; account data is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.

5. Availability and liability

We aim to keep D365ext available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. It is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or affects mandatory consumer rights.

6. Law and contact

Romanian law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Disputes are subject to the competent Romanian courts unless mandatory law provides otherwise. For questions or rights requests, contact support@d365ext.com.
